Seasonal service reduction - Effective Monday, December 20 to Friday, December 31, 2004

  • Service will be reduced during Monday to Friday peak periods, due to the reduction in the number of students travelling to and from the University of Toronto at Scarborough. In the morning peak period, the service will change from every 13 minutes to every 16 minutes, 15 seconds. In the afternoon peak period, the service will change form every 14 minutes to every 17 minutes 30 seconds.

Seasonal service reduction - Effective Mon., December 20 to Friday, December 31, 2004

  • Several trips will be removed as ridership will decline due to the reduction in the number of students travelling to and from Humber College.

The following trips will be cancelled:

Northbound trips form Kipling Station at 8:50, 9:10, 9:30, 9:50, 10:10, and 1:30 a.m.

Southbound trips form Humber College at 9:29, 9:49, 10:09, and 10:29 a.m.

  • Service will be reduced during Monday to Friday afternoon peak period, due to the reduction in the number of students travelling to and from York University, Glendon Campus. In the morning peak period, the service will change from every 7 minutes, 30 seconds to every 10 minutes.

Seasonal service reduction - Effective Mon., December 20 to Fri., December 31, 2004

  • This route will not be operated from December 20 to 31, inclusive, due to the reduction in the number of students travelling to and from York University. Customers can use route 106 York University buses, from Downsview Station, to travel to the university.

  • Reduced afternoon peak period service, operating from 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m.; school trips eliminated

  • 196 YORK UNIVERSITY ROCKET cancelled

  • Peak period service reduced on 38 HIGHLAND CREEK, 191 HIGHWAY 27 ROCKET, 124 SUNNYBROOK

  • Most routes with late-evening service continue until 3:00 a.m. (see list below for contracted service exceptions)

  • Last trains on the YONGE-UNIVERSITY-SPADINA SUBWAY leave Union Station at 2:31 a.m. for Finch Station and 2:36 a.m. for Downsview Station. The last northbound train on the YONGE SUBWAY will connect at Bloor-Yonge Station with the last eastbound and westbound trains on the BLOOR-DANFORTH SUBWAY, and at Sheppard-Yonge Station with the last eastbound train on the SHEPPARD SUBWAY.

  • Last trains on the BLOOR-DANFORTH SUBWAY leave Bloor-Yonge Station at 2:38 a.m. for Kipling Station and at 2:38 a.m. for Kennedy Station. The last eastbound train on the BLOOR-DANFORTH SUBWAY will connect at Kennedy Station with the last eastbound train on the SCARBOROUGH RT.

  • Last train on the SCARBOROUGH RT leaves Kennedy Station at 3:04 a.m. for McCowan Station

  • Last train on the SHEPPARD SUBWAY leaves Sheppard-Yonge Station at 2:58 a.m. for Don Mills Station

  • Extra trips on all Blue Night routes between 3:00 and 4:00 a.m. to make service every 15 minutes or better
