Routing change - Terminal 2 closure - Effective January 30, 2007

The routing at Pearson Airport will be changed as a result of the closure of Terminal 2 on Tuesday, January 30, at 12:30 a.m. Buses on all four TTC airport routes will serve Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 only, in that order.

With this routing change, TTC buses will no longer serve the shuttle bus stop on the airport roadway above Jetliner Road and Airport Road.

All Sunday evening service on the 17C (Warden Station-McNicoll) branch will be extended to the new McNicoll/Kennedy Loop. The new loop is on the north side of McNicoll Road, just east of Kennedy Road. This new loop replaces the existing loop on the north side of McNicoll Road just west of Kennedy Road, which will be removed. There will be no change to the schedule or to trip times.

Starting Sunday, January 7, 2007, streetcar service will return to St. Clair Avenue, between St. Clair West Station and Gunns Loop (Keele Street). Replacement buses will continue to provide service between St. Clair West Station and St. Clair Station (at Yonge Street). Buses and streetcars will be timed to connect at St Clair West Station. Service will operate every three to four minutes during the peak periods, and every five to ten minutes at all other times.

Streetcar service over the full route, from St. Clair Station to Keele Street, is expected to resume in mid-February 2007.
