STREETCAR ROUTES

BATHURST

  • Replaced north of Bloor by an extension of the 7 BATHURST and 90 VAUGHAN bus line direct to the subway.

  • All streetcars now run between Bathurst Station and Exhibition.

  • The service running along Adelaide is discontinued.

BLOOR

  • Replaced by the new subway from Keele to Woodbine.

  • The new BLOOR SHUTTLE provides service from Keele Station to Jane Loop

  • The new DANFORTH SHUTTLE provides service from Woodbine Station to  Luttrell Loop.

COXWELL

  • Replaced by 22 COXWELL buses with subway connection at Coxwell Station.

  • Night bus service provided to Bingham Loop.

Danforth Tripper

  • Service running on weekdays at rush hours from Bedford Loop to Coxwell during a.m. rush and to Luttrell in p.m. rush is discontinued.

DUNDAS

  • Alternate cars Monday through Saturday and all cars on Sundays extended east of Bay along Dundas and Broadview to Broadview Station. 

  • No Sunday service on City Hall Loop as of February 27.

  • All cars will go through Dundas West Station northbound and southbound.

EARLSCOURT

  • Weekday base and rush hour service not operated between St. Clair Station and Lansdowne.

FORT

  • Replaced by the BATHURST streetcar line.

HARBORD

  • Replaced in part by the WELLESLEY 94 bus route extension and in part by the DUNDAS streetcar extension and the new 72 PAPE bus route.

PARLIAMENT

  • Replaced by 65 PARLIAMENT buses with subway connection at Castle Frank Station.

ST. CLAIR

  • The rush hour service to Avon Loop discontinued.

  • The eastern terminus changed to Eglinton.

NEW BUS ROUTES

10 BLOOR-DANFORTH NIGHT BUS

  • A new bus line to run from Jane Loop to Luttrell Loop via Bloor and Danforth when the Bloor-Danforth subway is closed.

22 COXWELL

  • A new bus route replacing the COXWELL streetcar route between Coxwell Station and Queen. Night service extended to Bingham Loop..

31 GREENWOOD

  • A new bus route running from Greenwood Station to Queen.

51 LESLIE

  • A new bus route from just south of Sheppard (North York Township Yard) on Leslie to Eglinton Station replacing previous 25A DON MILLS service.

72 PAPE

  • A new bus line incorporating the 3 ASHBRIDGE bus route and part of the HARBORD streetcar line. Route runs from Pape Station to Queen via Pape, Riverdale and Carlaw.

65 PARLIAMENT

  • A new bus route replacing the PARLIAMENT streetcar  line running between Castle Frank Station and King Street via Parliament.

79 SCARLETT ROAD

  • A new suburban bus route to replace and improve service on the south end of the WOODBRIDGE bus line. Route runs from Runnymede and Dundas to Weston Rd. & Lawrence via Runnymede, Henrietta, Castleton, Pritchard, Jane, Foxwell, Scarlett and Lawrence.

81 THORNCLIFFE PARK

  • A new route running to Pape Station from the Thorncliffe Park area via Pape, Leaside Bridge, Millwood and Overlea.  Last trip is at 11:15 p.m.

EXTENDED, REROUTED AND REPLACED BUS ROUTES

3 ASHBRIDGE

  • To become part of the new 72 PAPE route with subway connection at Pape Station.

7 BATHURST 

  • Extended to connect with the subway at Bathurst Station. Overbrook-Wilson Heights branch to run in rush hours only.

11 BAYVIEW

  • Rerouted to Eglinton Station from the former terminus at St Clair Station.

8B BROADVIEW

  • Throncliffe Park branch replaced by new 81 THORNCLIFFE PARK bus route to Pape Station.

25 DON MILLS

  • Rerouted and extended as a direct feeder line to Pape Station.

29 DUFFERIN

  • Extended to Finch Avenue and connecting with the subway at Bloor Street (Dufferin Stn).

41 KEELE

  •  Extended south on Lansdowne to Lansdowne Station.

70 O'CONNOR

  • Replaces "Parkview Hills" branch of the 91 WOODBINE route and provides service to Coxwell Station.

88A SOUTH LEASIDE

  • Extended via Overlea and Don Mills to serve the Flemingdon Park area.

90 VAUGHAN

  • Extended to provide direct-to-subway service to Bathurst Station.

94 WELLESLEY

  • Extended on both ends to connect with the new subway at Castle Frank and Ossington Stations. Short-turn branches at Spadina (94B) and Wellesley Stn (94A).

89 WESTON

  • Extended to provide direct-to-subway service to Keele Station.

91B WOODBINE SOUTH

  • To run between Woodbine Station and Queen.

93 WOODBRIDGE

  • Southerly terminus of route cut back to Wilson and Weston (Blondin). Connections at this point with direct-to-subway WESTON route.
