Service will be increased during the midday and afternoon peak period from Monday to Friday, and during the afternoon on Saturdays, to reduce crowding. Between approximately 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday, the service will be improved from every 12 minutes to every 10 minutes. During the afternoon peak period from Monday to Friday, the service will be improved from every 14 minutes to every 12 minutes. Between approximately 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays, the service will be improved from every 15 minutes to every 12 minutes.

Temporary route change - Scarborough RT rail maintenance - Effective Sunday, March 26, 2006

Starting Sunday, March 26, the Scarborough RT will close each night at approximately 12:00 midnight for scheduled rail maintenance. 54 LAWRENCE EAST buses will not operate into Lawrence East Station after the last train serves the station. Buses will by-pass the station running both ways via Lawrence Avenue East. Scarborough RT maintenance is scheduled to be completed in late November 2006.

A new earlier westbound trip from Monday to Friday will be added on the 58A Malton (Lawrence West Station-Pearson Airport) branch, departing westbound from Lawrence Avenue and Dufferin Street at 4:38 a.m. The trip is scheduled to arrive at Pearson Airport at 5:14 a.m.

During the morning peak period, the service will be improved from every 10 minutes to every 8 minutes 45 seconds. During the early evening from Monday to Friday, the service will be improved from every 20 minutes to every 15 minutes. On Saturdays between approximately 1:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., the service will be improved from every 12 minutes to every 10 minutes. During the early evening on Saturdays, the service will be improved from every 20 minutes to every 15 minutes.
