Routing revised - Effective Sunday, July 26, 2004

A change will be made to the 172 Cherry Street route, starting on Monday July 26. The last trip into the Toronto International Ferry Terminal will occur at approximately 8:45 p.m., seven days a week, as Terminal buildings and gates are closed after approximately 9:00 p.m. The 172 Cherry Street route will continue to serve Cherry Street and the Clarke (Cherry) Beach bus stop.

The 72B PAPE service will be changed, to simplify and shorten the route, and allow a more reliable service to be operated. At the Toronto International Ferry Terminal, all 72B PAPE (Pape Stn-Union Stn via Commissioners and Toronto International Ferry Terminal) buses will serve the Arrivals (northern) stop first, and then the Departures (southern) stop. Buses on the 72B PAPE route will no longer directly serve Cherry Beach (Clarke Beach Park). Customers travelling to or from Cherry Beach (Clarke Beach Park) can walk the short distance from the bus stops at Unwin Avenue and Cherry Beach.

Service on the 172 CHERRY STREET route will not change. Buses on the 172 CHERRY STREET route, which operate during the evenings and weekends, will continue to serve the ferry terminal and Cherry Beach (Clarke Beach Park).
