Service Increase - Effective Tuesday, October 14, 2003

  • A new later round trip will be added from Monday to Friday, departing southbound from St. Clair Avenue at approximately 1:30 a.m. and northbound from Main Street Station at approximately 1:45 a.m.

509 Harbourfront

End of seasonal service After Saturday, October 11, 2003

  • Saturday, Sunday, and holiday service will return to spring/fall levels, operating every 13 to 24 minutes, to match seasonal ridership reductions along the Harbourfront.

  • Sunday early evening service will be eliminated for the fall and winter, and will resume in March 2004.

Service Increase -  Effective Saturday, October 18, 2003

  • The schedule will be adjusted during the early morning on Saturdays on the 58D MALTON (Lawrence West Station-McNaughton via Terminals 2 & 3) branch, to operate a more reliable service.

  • There will be no change to the number of buses or the service levels, but some trip times will change. Schedules are posted at all transfer points along this route.

133 Neilson

New peak period service to Morningside Heights - Effective Tuesday, October 14, 2003

  • A new service will be operated to the Morningside Heights residential area, during peak periods from Monday to Friday.

  • 133C (Scarborough Centre-Morningside Heights) buses will run via: McCowan Road, Ellesmere Road, Neilson Road, Nightstar Road, Morningside Avenue Extension, Neilson Road, Oasis Boulevard and Seasons Drive, in both directions.

  • Service will be provided every 22 minutes in the morning peak period and every 20 minutes in the afternoon peak period.

  • There will be no change to service south of Finch Avenue.

  • 133A buses will run to Finch.

  • 133B buses will run to Finch/Crow Trail/ Tapscott.

  • 133C buses will run to Morningside Heights.

  • The route destination signs will indicate when buses run via Centenary Health Centre.

  • The hours of service to the Toronto Zoo will be changed to match the earlier closing time of the zoo, at 4:30 p.m. The last trips to Don Mills Station and Sheppard-Yonge Station and to Rouge Hill GO Station will leave the zoo at approximately 5:30 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

86 Scarborough

  • The seasonal service to Canada's Wonderland on the 165A WESTON RD NORTH (York Mills Station-Canada’s Wonderland) branch will end.

  • The last day of service will be Sunday, October 12, 2003.
