The north end on-street loop of the 33 FOREST HILL route will be changed for a trial period. Buses will turn around on a new counter-clockwise on-street loop via Eglinton Avenue, Chaplin Crescent, Roselawn Avenue, Bathurst Street, and Eglinton Avenue. The service at all times will be changed from every 20 minutes to every 30 minutes. Service will be removed from Elderwood Drive and Vesta Drive.

Service will return to spring/fall levels, to match seasonal ridership changes along Harbourfront. Late evening service will be eliminated for the fall and winter. Streetcars will run every seven to nine minutes in the peak periods, and every 13 to 20 minutes at other times.

Service between Progress Avenue and Passmore Avenue will be improved from every 18 minutes to every 15 minutes. The service north of Steeles Avenue operated under contract to York Region Transit will change from every 51 minutes to every 60 minutes.

During the afternoon peak period, the service will be improved every 7 minutes 15 seconds to every 7 minutes. During the early evening, the service will change from every 12 minutes to every 15 minutes.
